Fingera Mobile – Privacy Policy
This Privacy policy provides information on personal data processing within the commercial mobile application FINGERA, which was built up by Innovatrics, s.r.o., with its registered seat at Pri vinohradoch 82, 831 06 Bratislava, Slovakia, business identification number: 36 280 712 (hereinafter „Innovatrics“ OR „We“).
Please read this policy before downloading/installing the Service onto your mobile device.
FINGERA application is provided by Innovatrics and is intended for use as is. FINGERA application is an attendance system designed to be used on mobile devices and serves for easy attendance recording.
Information Collection and Use
If you choose to install and use FINGERA application, by downloading and using the FINGERA application you agree to the collection and use of information as described further in this policy. Thus, the legal basis, on which Innovatrics processes your personal data shall be your consent under Article 6 par. 1 a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
The purpose, for which we process your personal data is to enable you to download and use the mobile FINGERA application (“hereinafter also as “Service”). Due to necessary technical reasons the Service automatically collects certain personal information during downloading and use of the Service, including your IP address, UUID number, the type of mobile device you use, the type of your mobile operating system, mobile browser type and version, time of downloading/use of the Service. Before you can use the features of the Service, you may be requested to obtain from your employer the specific registration data for signing-in, including the password. The extent of available features or functionalities of the Service may depend on access rights managed by your employer.
During the use of the Service, certain personal data will be inserted directly by you, for different purposes – mainly the time of sign-in and sign-out to/from Work, the type of event, the length of the event, holiday request, or other data. If you allow the Location services on your mobile device, FINGERA application will collect also the approximate GPS location of your mobile device, but only during the time when you use the Service. We do not track the GPS location automatically.
The FINGERA application is connected with a cloud server managed by your employer, where the data provided by or through the FINGERA application are uploaded, sorted and stored. Your employer thus has complete access to your data relating to or provided by/through the FINGERA application and may process it for a different purpose. Your employer may provide you with further information about the purposes of personal data processing, processing operations, and his privacy policy. Innovatrics may only have passive access to these data based on explicit instruction of your employer or within a provision of services to your employer.
We will process your personal data as mentioned in this Privacy Policy for the time period during which the purpose of the processing exists, i.e. until you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent and thus stop collecting the information by FINGERA application easily by uninstalling the application or by contacting us at support@innovatrics.com. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before the withdrawal.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse the cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:
- To facilitate our Service;
- To provide the Service on our behalf;
- To perform Service-related services; or
- To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.
For the Service, We use the cloud platform of Amazon Web Services, Seattle, Washington, USA (“AWS”), which is one of the most well-known and stable global cloud platforms available.
We use only zones that are geographically located in the European Union. Security measures provided by AWS can be found here: https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/gdpr-center/.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus Innovatrics adopted commercially acceptable means of protecting it, including technical, electronical and organisational measures, including (but not limited to): (i) limited access to personal data only to persons duly trained and authorized by us for personal data processing, (ii) obligation of these persons to maintain confidentiality, (iii) pseudonymisation of data where possible, (iv) automatic encryption of data during their uploading and transferring to the cloud storage, (iv) encrypting data through HTTPS, (v) encryption of stored data.
However, please note that despite our utmost effort, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16. In the case we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
Rights of data subjects
As a data subject under the GDPR, you have the right (i) based on a written (including electronic) request to access your personal data (in particular, to require confirmation of whether or not the data is being processed, the category of data being processed, the purpose of the processing, the source of the data, and the duration of retention); (ii) to repair the incorrect or supplement the incomplete data; (iii) to restrict the processing of data under Art. 18 of the GDPR (e.g., if the data is incorrect or processed illegally); (iv) to obtain personal data related to you and which you have provided to the Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transfer such data to another controller under the conditions specified in Art. 20 of the GDPR; (v) to object in the cases referred to in Art. 21 of the GDPR; (vi) to the erasure of data the purpose of the processing of which has ended or in the cases listed in Art. 17 of the GDPR.
If you believe that your rights are being violated in the processing of personal data or that there is a violation of the Personal Data Protection Act or the GDPR, you may file a motion to initiate personal data protection proceedings at the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Slovak Republic; www.dataprotection.gov.sk.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will post any changes to this Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
